When people ask me what my favorite food is I would always tell them sashimi or anything raw. Obviously, I am in love with Japanese food! The first thing I look for in a Japanese Restaurant is Chirashi Don. For those of you who don’t know, Chirashi Don is a rice bowl with toppings such as raw fish (salmon and tuna), crabsticks, sea urchin, squid, and etc. Because of my love for that dish, I am in search for the BEST Chirashi Don in the country!
There are a lot of affordable Japanese restaurants in my country however it’s nothing spectacular because you get what you pay for. But recently I discovered an affordable Japanese restaurant called Nihonbashitei. As I mentioned in my previous posts, I only like blogging about restaurants that are memorable for me. Fortunately, this affordable restaurant in Makati indeed left a mark in my tummy! Hahaha
We only ordered 4 dishes

If I remember correctly this was P200. I love that the pork was so tender. I am not a Ramen fan but it was delicious.

P200 ++
I didn’t like it as much because it was too spicy for me. Also, I found the sauce too many as well. They should have put less sauce and more crunchy tempura bits

P250 +
This tasted so good because the shrimp was big. The batter was enough and did not overpower the shrimp!

P350
IT WAS SOOOOO FRESH!!! Need I say more???
If you’re looking for an affordable restaurant that will exceed your expectations then you should try this! 🙂 I’d give this restaurant 5/5 in terms of food. The only downside is that there isn’t a lot of parking spaces. ENJOY! 🙂
